Donation Disclaimer (Pre-501(c)(3) Status Approval)
Child Arise Tennessee is a registered nonprofit public benefit corporation and charitable organization in the State of Tennessee. We have submitted our application for 501(c)(3) federal tax-exempt status with the IRS (February 2025) and are currently awaiting approval. While donations may be tax-deductible under state law, federal tax-deductibility is not guaranteed until our 501(c)(3) status is officially approved. We will notify donors once our determination is received. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance on charitable contributions.
